The therapy offered by Ms. Rockefeller involves a variety of holistic techniques that include Gestalt and other experiential therapies, didactic and traditional "talk" therapy. She is an active therapist, working with clients to formulate a plan for change. She strongly supports involvement in 12 step recovery programs as appropriate.

Throughout the year, Susan offers workshops in a group format on self esteem,
and other personal growth topics.
