Once a deposit is received and your
intake is completed your position in the program is
confirmed.
Cancellation of your participation
in the Breakthrough week for any reason will be handled as
follows:
60 days or more
prior to start date of program . . . Full refund or
transfer of deposit to another date will be provided.
60-45 days prior
to start date of program . . . 80% of deposit will be
refunded or a one time transfer of the full deposit to
another date within three months of the original date
will be offered.
44 to 30 days
prior to start date of program . . . 50 % of deposit
is refunded or 50% of deposit will be transferred, one
time only, to an alternate date within three months of
original date.
29 days prior to
start date of the program there will be no refund or
transfer of deposit.
Should you decide to leave the
program before it is completed there will be no refund of
any fees paid.
